Allergy Injections

Students who have been evaluated by an allergist and have previously received immunotherapy (allergy shots) can receive their injections at the Health Center. Serum must be mailed or delivered to the Health Center. For students without the University sponsored insurance plan, charges can be submitted to most insurance companies, subject to co-payment, co-insurance and deductible. For students insured by the insurance companies that we are unable to bill (out of state HMO's, international insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare), charges are collected at the time of visit. If for any reason students do NOT want us to bill their insurance provider, we will accept direct payment at the time of service.  Self-pay charges for allergy injections are $15 for one injection, $20 for two or more.
