    • The norovirus is a contagious virus that can cause inflammation of the stomach or intestines. One can get infected from another individual, contaminated food, contaminated water, and contaminated surfaces. Symptoms of the stomach flu include pain, nausea, and diarrhea. When having the stomach flu, it is important to stay hydrated. However, if you are experiencing severe symptoms and wish to see a provider, make an appointment at the Student Health Services here.
