  • Overview of Anger Management
    • Anger management allows an individual to recognize anger but dealing with it in a positive way. Though anger is a normal emotion, there are effective ways in relieving frustrations. Signs that may show that you may need assistance in anger management include:
      • Causing physical violence
      • Causing frequent arguments with your partner
      • Out of control behavior (breaking things or driving recklessly)
