  • Overview of Yeast Infection
    • A vaginal yeast infection is caused commonly by the Candida albican Though most of the time this fungus does not cause infection, a high concentration of this fungus can cause a yeast infection. Symptoms of a yeast infection include abnormal vaginal discharge, itching or burning of the vagina, swelling, and painful urination.
