  • Overview of Weight Gain
    • Weight gain can be a result of poor diet or lack of physical activity. It is important to eat a balanced, nutritious diet with fresh fruit and vegetables. It is also important to engage in a least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity and at least 2 or more days focusing on muscle strengthening per week.
