Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
  • Overview of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
    • Premenstrual syndrome, known as PMS, is a collection of symptoms that start one to two weeks before a woman’s period. Some of these include breast swelling, acne, bloating, weight gain, mood swings, and cravings. Often times, exercise, sleep, and avoiding salt can help prevent these symptoms. If you are experiencing severe symptoms, contact your physician or make an appointment at the Student Health Services here.
