  • Overview of Physical Activity
    • Physical activity is defined as activity that gets your body moving. As an adult, it is recommended that you get at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and 2 or more days of muscle strengthening activities per week or 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity and 2 or more days of muscle strengthening activities per week.
