• Overview of Mumps
    • Mumps is contagious disease caused by a virus. Those with mumps may have a puffy or swollen jaw. Additionally, an individual with the mumps may have fever, headache, muscle aches, tiredness, and loss of appetite. To prevent the mumps, it is important to get the MMR vaccine, or stay up to date with MMR vaccines. If you are experiencing symptoms, contact your physician or make an appointment at the Student Health Services here.
