Ecstacy
  • Overview of Ecstasy
    • Ecstasy, known as MDMA, is a drug that can affect mood and perception. Ingesting this drug can change the activity of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels in your body. This can cause distorted sensory and time perception. Additionally, MDMA can cause nausea, muscle cramping, teeth clenching, blurred vision, chills, and sweating. If you have questions about drug use and treatment, contact your physician or make an appointment at the Student Health Services here.
