    • Binge eating occurs when you eat large amount of food in a short amount of time without self-control. In many cases, those with binge eating disorder will feel upset or ashamed about binge eating. Constant binge eating can result in unwanted weight gain, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and mental health problems.
